Lost and Found

Missing Baggage
The airport's lost and found offices can be found in Terminals 1 and 3.

Help for Stranded Travellers
The airport's information centre can be contacted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, Travelers Aid Society of Toronto has offices at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Booths are located on the departures / ticketing level of all terminals.
